How has your business adapted to change?

We've all faced unprecedented change in recent months, challenging from both business and personal perspectives. At Fifth Frame Films we had been looking forward to a summer of creating Olympics2020, Euro Football and live event video content; work which all rapidly disappeared from February. Fortunately for us, video has become more important than ever with less ability to meet face to face; but it quickly became clear that not all of our clients were aware of the range of video production services we provide. We had to re-think our own communication strategy and revise the way we engage with current and future clients.

As #brands realised it was not the time to go quiet, we have been able to focus on helping our clients to rethink strategy, stay relevant and communicate better with their audience by coming up with new or innovative ways to create video content.

An unforeseen bonus was that we've built even closer relationships with existing clients, and started working with some brilliant new ones, some of whom we have yet to meet in person! #Change seems daunting until you face it and take action, and suddenly new opportunities arise. What changes have you made to your business which made a difference?
